Comes in handy.
I hate having WMA, they're just more restrictive than most other files and its better to have all your library in MP3. Power Mp3 seems to have solved the issue. On startup you can quickly search for all music files. Select the ones to convert and set priorities and tags. Encoding is fairly quick and there are lots of speeds available. (Anyways I set the max).I won't use it all the time, but I found it useful now, since my music library had grown very quickly and I had too many different file types.
Pros: easy search
add group tags
set priorities
encoding to ogg, mp3 and ape
many convert speeds
